Washington Leadership Academy

The Washington Leadership Academy (WLA) is a prestigious HOSA event held in Washington, D.C., focused on advanced leadership training, advocacy, and public health policy. Selected state officers participate in workshops, meet with legislators on Capitol Hill an develop leadership skills to impact their communities and future health careers.

Fall Leadership Conference

The Cal‑HOSA Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) is a statewide event held by California HOSA that gives members and advisors a chance to kick-off the HOSA year with keynote speeches, medical-themed workshops, and more to build HOSA spirit!

Online CE Testing

Online Testing allows HOSA members to take timed, proctored exams for selected competitive events during a scheduled window. Scores determine eligibility to advance to the SLC or for a second online round.

State Leadership Conference

This three day event is a major annual event where HOSA members compete in competitive events (NGL/ATC + second round normal events), attend workshops, and participate in leadership activities. Top performers may qualify to advance to the International Leadership Conference (ILC).

International Leadership Conference (6/17-20)

The International Leadership Conference (ILC) is HOSA’s premier event where top competitors from around the world gather to compete, attend educational sessions, and connect with health professionals. It celebrates student achievement and leadership on a global stage.
